Balinese Peacock Green Jar

This beautiful Balinese peacock is a nineteenth-century archival French roller print. Decidedly a South Seas look, the Scalamandre' pattern is rendered in exotic motifs of fruit, foliage and peacocks with delicate batik-like details. Part of the Scalamandre' Maison collection, the jars are made of porcelain with solid brass metal lift-off lids.
